Chawkes Filling Station & Supermarket, Limerick

Project Description

This project at one of the Mid-West’s busiest filling station & supermarket complexes involved a warehouse and office area extension to the rear of the existing supermarket, as well as full refurbishment to the internal retail area of the supermarket.
The works on this project were phased to prevent disruption to business as the supermarket remained fully functional throughout construction.
The stringent health and safety requirements of this live environment were adhered to at all times.
All associated site works and landscaping were also undertaken by GTC Construction. The project was completed on programme and within budget.
