Project Description

This project for ICON Medical at its National Technology Park Plassey Technological Park comprised works at the existing shell and core unit to provide new high-end fit-out of the 2nd & 3rd floors across 1,858m2.

The works delivered an open plan office space, pod offices, reception area, board room, meeting rooms, gym, recording studio, canteen, coffee docks, rest-rooms and showers.

The fit-out involved raised access flooring, internal partitions, doors, screens, floor/ceiling/wall finishes, mechanical and electrical services, bespoke built-in-furniture.
